Hi,
Run your mouse around the outside edges of the monitor to see if the camera software is running (usually on the left side is a slide out though it can be in other places). Also check in the notification area near the clock on lower right. On my Toshiba, which is a different model, the camera software is located here : 'C:Program FilesCamera Assistant Software for Toshibatraybar.exe' You can use Start - Computer OR Windows Explorer to navigate to it. That loads the slide out on the left edge on monitor and the icon in the notification area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Be sure to check with your System Maker's Support, on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums (if any) where there would be others with the same model if a built-in WebCam or the actual WebCam Maker if a separate device. Links to Toshiba Support below. Check the Start - All Programs Menu for Camera, WebCam, a Folder/Program with the System Maker's name or similar to see if you can locate the WebCam software.
